2. Description of Service

Waslai.io is a cloud platform providing WhatsApp integration, AI automation, and CRM tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and true information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Using the service for spamming or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with all Meta/WhatsApp Business policies is mandatory when linking accounts.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

The service is available through monthly or annual subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the platform and software remain owned by Waslai.io. The data you upload (knowledge bases and content) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party policies (e.g., Meta).
